Do I need any special software to use these plugins
No, you only need a compatible DAW on macOS or Windows that supports VST3, AU, or AAX formats.

What formats do the plugins support

All kontakt instruments requires full retail version of Kontakt 6 or above.
What are DLCs
A DLC is an exclusive preset pack made specifically for our plugins and Kontakt instruments. Each DLC adds new sounds and creative options for you, so you can expand your library with styles that fit your workflow. Installing them is simple.
You only need to copy the DLC presets into the preset folder of the plugin you are using, and every plugin clearly shows you where that folder is located. After that, the new presets appear instantly and are ready to use in your next session.
Are any Plus editions included in this product
Yes, as Plus editions are mini bundles including the core plugins combined with their DLCs. In MAX these are added as individual DLC packs. You get all core plugins and all DLCs, even if they are not labeled as Plus versions.
What are Kontakt instruments
Kontakt instruments are sample based virtual instruments that run inside Native Instruments Kontakt.
The ones included in Max require the full retail version of Kontakt 6 or above, so you need that version to load and use them.
Does Max include all lifetime updates
Yes. You receive all future updates, improvements, and fixes automatically, so your tools stay current without extra cost.
Do the plugins require activation
Yes. You activate each plugin with a serial number you receive after purchase. It is a quick, one time process.

What is neural processing
Neural Processing enhances detail, clarity, and realism in your sound, giving you studio grade quality without complex tweaking.
Neural Processing is built on models that were trained through real analog chains, using high end compressors, saturators, distorters, and many other studio tools. This means the plugins capture the character and behavior of true analog processing, not just an approximation. You get detailed, clear, and realistic sound shaping, and you can use it without complex tweaking.
Do the plugins include AI features
Yes. Some of our plugins include Karanyi Sounds's Assistive AI System that analyzes your track with one click and automatically sets the right parameters based on tempo, tone, style, and mood. In Wavesurfer the AI adjusts the reverbs for you, in Cloudmax Breeze it builds an entire vocal chain automatically, and in Playmod sets the reverb parameters to match your sound.
Can I use the plugins offline
Yes. Once your plugins are activated, you can use them fully offline without any limitations.
