I purchased this on 12/24. I almost purchased it again today, 12/31/24, because I was sent an offer of an exclusive upgrade, for a plugin I already own. I was about to purchase it in my cart, with no notifications that I’d already bought it because every company sends daily plugin offers, at least 60 emails a day to sort through, and it seemed VERY familiar, but I couldn’t place it. I checked my account to see if I had Cloudmaster Breeze and surprise – I did buy it a week ago. It was a ridiculous waste of time, and I’d have had two licenses which your system DID NOT WARN ME ABOUT, which however bad the advertising is from other companies, they at least warn you if you’re about to buy something you already own. I can’t rate less than 1, you deserve a 0. And the temerity to ask you how you’ve done? YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I’M RESTRAINING MYSELF FROM ENDING THIS ON SOMETHING REALLY NASTY. Leave me the hell alone. Apparently this is public – buyer beware. This company doesn’t bother with the small details, like customer service or respect for customers.
